Really great pub, with delicious food and cheap, fabulous beer. The landlord and his other hand are friendly. Breakfast good, but our room was very functional and the bathroom noisy. I'd very happily come back though.
A very warm evening, so myself and six friends sat outside. Once ordered our food soon came , Scampi, Gammon, burger, ploughmans among our meals and all good.Friendly staff and ample parking , so definitely recommend if you are in the area .Thanks everyone for your hospitality.
Great traditional country pub! Able to sit and drink Doombar beside a real fire while watching the snow outside! They serve food which looked great and have rooms available that were clean and comfortable looking. Really friendly staff, dog friendly pub!
Not to be missed good ale and food. Look in and experience for yourself.
Stayed here after a wedding at the green. They were extremely accommodating and welcoming, with a lovely fry up in the morning. Couldn't recommend it more highly.
