I have never met such an honest truly professionl knowledgeable Mechanic as Kai. He is polite cheerful and ethusiastic. Where other gargages have attempted to invent work and cheat me he has caught them and saved me hundreds of pounds this is probably the best garage in the UK. Well done Kai and all your team.

Advised me to bring a vehicle in to advise on fault, then rang to say I had to ensure every single screw was replaced where I had taken parts off to clean and inspect. Then after I had done what was asked, rang me again to say they were refusing to even look at it. For a local garage this would appear very unreasonable.
