I have received nothing but good service from this dental practice. Myself, my husband and my 2 children had a family appointment. I found the dentist to be kind and comprehensive in his examination. My children were happy to hop in the chair and are excited to go back in six months time!I received some treatment which was carried out during a further visit. Appointments are easy to arrange and the text confirmation service is useful

Why oh why are BUPA entertaining this place. Horrendous treatment which left me in agony. I had to go to a different surgery to correct the damage. If there was an option for no stars i would of ticked that, definitely not even worth 1 star!!!
Be aware if you make a complaint against them they will try to use safe guarding against you! They will also try to blame the child and say the child is apprehensive (complete lie!) to cover up the fact that the dentist missed 2 holes filled with an abscess. Not a safe practice for anybody let alone children! Id expect better from BUPA!! Avoid!
I have always had a positive experience at this practice. Warm welcome from receptionist and professional care from the dentist. I had a rather complicated tooth extraction on Monday. The process was pain free and I have had no post treatment complications. Thank you :)
