The doctors, pharmacists, nurses and the receptionists are all extremely helpful! Never had to wait longer than ten minutes in the waiting room to be seen. Prompt referrals, just generally a great surgery.
I believe we are very lucky to have this surgery. The team are always helpful and friendly. The telephone callback works very well as if a Dr. feels you need to be seen then you are given an appointment the same day. One tip, as a previous receptionist in a large Exeter practice, when the receptionists on the phone ask for details of your complaint they aren't being nosey or there to judge they just need as much information to pass to the Dr's. so they are able to triage the calls to make the call backs more efficient, however you have the right to politely refuse if you'd rather not say! The practice is constantly trying to keep up with the times and offer many services. Carry on the good work!!
Not too sure about the receptionists asking for details of a complaint..but the medical staff have to cope with an exceptional workload and in the circumstances cope very well.
Disgusting attitude of reception staff and nurse, poor primary health care service I ever come across.Can't book an appointment to see your doctor 1 to 1 in person, you have to speak to them over the phone. Never come across a service like this in my life.
It is very easy to be critical but when one considers how many patients that the staff speak with and the the various ailments that they deal with every day we should be so very grateful that there is someone there who tries their best to help ,thank you to you all.
