Absolutely fantastic, the staff asked if we needed any help when we came in then left us alone. My wife and I carried on with are look around, when we needed help they were very helpful and knowledgeable . And they have toilet and good parking.
This is a one star review because there isn't the option for no stars. We purchased a dining table, four chairs, and a coffee table then adding a side board to the order. The first table was faulty, clearly the extending part hadn't been fitted correctly by the manufacturer. So it was returned, we were told by one member of staff 'if we had paid the extra for them to check and to put the table together this wouldn't have been an issue'. The second table was delivered which was the smaller model. The third table, after Paul told us specifically that he and Mr Soloman and 2 others members of staff had checked the table in the show room, arrived and was faulty! It turns out this table is in fact the very first table we received reclaimed wood has distinctive marks which they had tried to repair. The impression we were given was that the third table was a new one which they had checked it before sending out, when in fact what they had done was repair and re-send out a faulty table; at no time did any of the staff mention that they had repaired the table. It is obvious that they have taken out the central piece and re-fitted it as there is a large gap in the stain/wax, it also looks like they have tried to wedge a piece of wood under one side of the fitting too. We only noticed this when we turned the table upside down to repair it. Paul had assured me that the table was checked at our home when they delivered it, but what he didn't seem to know is that they had put the legs in the wrong corners, the groove wasn't in the right place for the runners which stopped you from being able to extend the table. In the end, to bring about a close to having to continue working with them, we suggested having a partial refund on the table which they agreed to. Our builder has since repaired the table, but properly. As they don't respond to emails or comment on the video of the table that we sent them, I can only assume that they are trying to ignore the fact that they chose to mislead us. There are other furniture stores selling this range, who will probably provide you with a far better service and the product at a significantly lower price too.
