We spent a couple hours here and enjoyed looking at the animals most of the staff were friendly, the man working in the tea room was happy and polite unlike the old lady who we found rude and not customer friendly. This is a place we can now say we have been but not one that we would revisit, it puts you off when you see a sign on the owners or staffs gate saying ' Go away' .
Perfect place for a family day out. Lots to see and do. Relatively pushchair friendly, so long as you don't mind a good workout. Animals are extremely well cares for. Well worth staying for the owl display. Very good value.
Love this place! Great place to go , spent 4 hours here. My little boy loved being able to feed so many animals. You can clearly see every animal. Staff were friendly and more than happy to answer any questions about the animals.
A really good afternoon out. There are lots of different animals to see and the information about them is well presented and child friendly. The talk about the owls was really interesting and the staff are very well informed. The sanctuary appears a little run-down in places and the toilets are functional but in need of refurbishment, but the animals are clearly well cared for which is the main point of the place. The tea room had shut by the time we got to it, so I can't comment on that. All in all I would recommend this as a full day visit on a sunny day, or a half day visit if it's raining.
Brilliant place to visit. Staff were great, it was good value for money. Spent a good few hours there and saw a great variety of animals. Would highly recommend, great for family visit. It was reasonably quiet compared to other Cornwall attractions which was nice. All outside so try to visit on a dry day.
