Unhelpful. Appeared as if they didnt want to sell the peoperty we were intetested in. Which has now.gone to a different agent to.sell
contacted in order to make complaint about a rented property . The " director " was less than helpful , was not prepared to listen and was rude and arrogant . His lack of professionalism was astonishing and I was my complaint was dismissed . I felt that all that mattered was that the rent was being paid !! and any concerns from neighbours were no concern of theirs.
