Walked out after waiting 13 minutes for service.junior staff seemed mre interested in talking to mates rather than serving myself and the 4 customers waiting behind me.Left the request slip for a 40 item in bits on the counter.bought the same item for 10 caper in B&M 1 and a half minutes away. VERY POOR service

Fast track service is as fast as a snail! Leave you standing their for ages! Never enough staff in too and now if you have to return an item you are made to queue up to go to the tilld which again are always understaffed!
