APALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE I Bought an item of clothing as a Christmas gift, but did not fit the recipient. I requested a refund, the owner became aggressive and refused to give me a refund!!! Only a Credit Note, which expires in 6 months and if the company goes into liquidation I lose 100!! I pointed out that the Website does not make any reference to this policy nor was this made clear at the time of purchase. The website clearly stated that a refund will be given to items returned as new with a receipt. The manager/owner said this did not apply.It is disappointing to see that since making this point of fact to the owner the website seems to have been amended the same day! The manager also made a comment that its her money now, and she decides if I get it backI would never shop here again, and I have reported the matter to trading standards.
