Interesting place, good for walking, dogwalking and looking around

Lovely place, just need to go with the right weather

I love going here, probably ever 2 days to walk the dog, I think she would agree with me if she could talk. The kids love going into the old building and looking at all the information of their heritage. It's nice to see the moors full of life also, it can get a bit wet and windy but that the fun part.

Rather old and dated, but plenty of info and some child friendly bits. Shame the see through floor and ceiling sections are so dirty and scratched that you can't enjoy the view. This area is full of stuff to see and do and well worth a visit, even on a cold and very windy late October day.

A well presented explanation of the local history. A great use of a historic building. But not an attraction in itself.
